| 摘 要： | 针对我国物业管理行业发展模式的问题,对物业管理的内涵和现状进行了分析,探讨了资产管理基于投资经营视角和组织管理视角两种不同的含义。在此基础上,对比分析了物业管理与资产管理的异同,并通过问卷调查,分析了发展资产管理面临的问题,提出了物业服务企业发展模式的建议。

| Abstract: | According the development of property management in China, the concept and situation of property management are introduced. This paper investigates the meanings and objects of real estate asset management based on view of investment and organization management respectively and compares with the property management. Based on data collected from a questionnaire survey and analysis of the responses, it discusses the obstacle for property management and the suggestions for property management firms. |
