| 摘 要： | 为了保障我国快速城镇化进程中城市的综合防灾安全,探讨了我国综合防灾规划编制体系与相应层面重点解决的内容。通过对国内外综合防灾规划实践的调研与分析,结合我国城市规划管理与编制体系现状,将综合防灾规划分为防灾战略研究、总体规划中综合防灾规划、综合防灾专项规划以及单灾种防灾规划4个过程,并重点针对总体规划中综合防灾规划的编制内容进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | To protect the city＇s safety in the pace of urbanization,this paper discusses the urban planning on comprehensive disaster resistance and prevention system and its content on every progress.In this paper,the urban planning on comprehensive disaster resistance and prevention is divided into four progresses as strategic research,master planning,special planning and special planning for single disaster based on the research and analysis of basic situation for urban planning on comprehensive disaster resistance and prevention in domestic and international,and combined with present urban planning system and its management in China. |
