新冠肺炎疫情期间上海市发热门诊空间分布研究

摘    要:发热门诊是我国应对突发公共卫生事件中预防呼吸道传染病的首道防线,是新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19,以下简称"新冠肺炎")疫情期间筛查疑似患者的主要场所。以上海市政府发布的117家医疗机构发热门诊为主要研究对象,采用定量与比较分析的研究方法,分析上海市发热门诊数量、各级医疗机构开设发热门诊的比例和各区分布情况。通过比较国内多城市发热门诊数量,并对比新加坡国际案例,提出上海市需重点加强嘉定、闵行等区发热门诊数量建设,提高郊区单位面积发热门诊设置指标;在综合医疗机构全面开设发热门诊的基础上,提高基层医疗机构发热门诊的设置比例;同时考虑不同时期发热门诊的角色转换等建议,进一步提高上海对传染性疾病的防治和应对能力。

Abstract:Fever clinics are the first line of defense to prevent respiratory infectious diseases in public health emergencies in China.It is the main place for screening suspected patients during the epidemic period of COVID-19 pneumonia.In this paper,117 fever clinics of medical institutions released by the Shanghai Municipal Government are selected as the main object of study to analyze the number of fever clinics,the proportion of fever clinics in different medical institutions and the distribution of fever clinics in different districts in Shanghai,by adopting quantitative and comparative analysis methods.Comparing with the number of fever clinics in multi-cities in China and Singapore’s international cases,suggestions are proposed to solve the problems of insufficient number and uneven spatial distribution of fever clinics in Shanghai:strengthening the construction of fever clinics in Jiading and Minhang District,increasing the spatial index of fever clinics in the rural area of Shanghai,improving the setting proportion of fever clinics in primary medical institutions,and changing the roles of fever clinics in different periods.It aims to improve the capacity of the city to prevent and respond to infectious diseases.
