城乡连续谱的过渡特征及其城镇化策略研究＊--基于湖北省宜昌市龙泉镇的典型断面

城市边缘区本身也存在着过渡性的特征，从而表现为城乡经济、社会、空间演化的“连续谱系”的一部分，因此需要进行更加精细化的城镇化特征研究并制定相应的策略。结合湖北省宜昌市龙泉镇这一典型的由城到乡连续空间断面的实证案例，分析了不同圈层在经济发展、社会发展、政府调控、空间景观等方面演化的连续性；以经济驱动、社会发展与政府调控为动力，构建了城乡连续谱空间演化概念模型；并针对“城乡连续谱”提出了精细化的城镇化策略。

Research on Transitional Characteristics and Strategy of Urbanization of Rural-urban Continuum：ACase Study of Longquan Town,Yichang City,Hubei Province

Transitional itself, the rural-urban fringe accordingly turns out to be a part of the rural-urban continuum, which evolves in characteristics of economy, society and space. Therefore, more detailed research on characteristics of urbanization and corresponding strategies are needed. The case study area, Longquan Town in Yichang City, Hubei Province, is a representative of continuous space section from city to countryside. In this paper, an analysis of continuity in evolution of economic development, social development, government regulation and settlement landscape between various layers is performed. Also, a conceptual model for the spatial evolution of rural-urban continuum is established, the impetuses for which include market forces, social development and government regulation. Final y, suggestions on detailed strategy of urbanization of rural-urban continuum are given.
