| 摘 要： | 通过小浪底工程的深刻教训与一个具体的工程实例，分析了我国现阶段的建筑工程索赔状况及存在的问题，同时对造成我国索赔水平落后的原因进行了阐述，指出索赔的落后会带来的一系列不良后果，并结合国际工程中成熟的索赔体制和经验，提出在现阶段应如何提高我国建筑工程的索赔水平。

| Abstract: | This article begins with Xiaolangdi project and a specific living example. Through analysis the author introduces the present situation and problems of construction claims of our country, and analyzes the reason why the level of construction claims of our country is backward, also points out the bad consequence which it will lead in. Combining with the mature system and experience of international construction claims, the author discloses how to improve the level of construction claims of our country. |
