| 摘 要： | 地震灾害损失很大程度上决定于建筑结构的坡坏程度。针对钢筋混凝土框架及底层框架砖房多层商住楼震害的特点,进行了这两类房屋的结构易损性分析,给出了震害矩阵,震灾损失及其与工程投资之间关系的一般评价方法。 |

| Abstract: | The losses are mainly related to the building destruction in the earthquake disaster,and different structures have own characteristic.Based on the vulnerability analysis about multi story commerce residence building with RC frame structure and brick masonry with RC frame in first story,a general evaluating method among earthquake disaster matrix and losses and project investment is proposed. |
