锻锤生产引起的环境振动测试及分析

摘    要:针对某锻压车间内锻锤生产振动状况,对车间地面、排架柱及相邻二层办公楼楼面的振动响应进行了实测。结合实测数据,分析评价了锻锤振动的影响范围及程度。比较了按GB50040—96《动力机器基础设计规范》中地面振动衰减计算公式的计算结果与实测值之间的差异,表明规范公式不适用于既有工业建筑地面振动衰减规律的预测及振动影响评估,应给予修正。指出水平振动响应对排架柱的影响程度更为显著。

Abstract:The environment vibration caused by forging hammer was tested. The vibration response of ground and bent frame column, the floor vibration response of two-story office building were obtained. Based on actual measurement of the vibration, influence scope and degree of vibration induced by forging hammer was analysed and evaluated. Using ground vibration attenuation formulas provided by code for design of dynamic machine foundation (GB50040--96), calculated value was obtained and compared with the actually measured value. Comparison result indicates that the formulas has no application to prediction and evaluation of vibration attenuation low of existing industrial buildings ground, the formulas should have been amended. The impact of horizontal vibration response on bent frame column was significant.
