摘    要:以10个用户的热源出口单支路枝状热网为模型,选取平均经济比摩阻30~80 Pa/m,供热半径4~12 km从管网安全和能耗方面进行模拟计算分析,对分布式多级泵系统的适用范围进行定量研究。此次适用范围研究对象为分布式二级泵和分布式三级泵系统。通过模拟计算分析,表明同一供热半径中分布式系统能耗明显低于集中式系统,适用范围明显广于集中式系统;分布式二级泵和分布式三级泵系统能耗相差不大,但考虑到两系统复杂性以及控制难度不同,分布式三级泵系统适用于管网整体压力水平较高的供热系统,分布式二级泵系统适用管网整体压力水平处于中下型的系统。

Abstract:Taking the single branch heat supply network of 10 users as the model, the average economic specific friction of 30~80 Pa/m and heating radius of 4~12 km are selected to carry out the simulation calculation and analysis from the aspects of network safety and energy consumption, and the application scope of distributed multi-stage pump system is quantitatively studied. The application scope of the research object is distributed two-stage pump and distributed three-stage pump system. The simulation results show that the energy consumption of the distributed system is significantly lower than that of the centralized system in the same heating radius, and the scope of application is significantly wider than that of the centralized system;There is little difference in energy consumption between distributed secondary pump system and distributed tertiary pump system, However, considering the complexity and control difficulty of the two systems, the distributed three-stage pump system is suitable for the heating system with high overall pressure level, while the distributed two-stage pump system is suitable for the system with medium or lower overall pressure level.
