| Abstract: | According to the state of Shanghai serious pollution of water environment and the requirement of Shanghai sustainable development in society and economy, the paper indicates that the fundamental measure to improve water environment is to dam sewage and build up municipal sewage treatent plant, and introduces the project being conducted -- Shidongkou Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant. |
