住宅小区智能电梯门禁系统简介及其与对讲系统联动的解决方案

本文介绍了住宅小区使用带电梯楼层控制功能门禁系统的主要功能和优越性，对住宅小区采用智能电梯门禁控制系统的工作原理、管理模式及其与访客对讲系统的联动方式进行了探讨，分析了电梯楼层控制系统对访客对讲系统中住户开锁信号的采集方法。并结合施工经验和工程实例，对各种应用环境中采用不同的联动方式进行了优劣比较，提出了相应的解决方案以实现电梯群控、门禁和对讲联动的管理。

Elevator Access Control System in Residential Buildings and its Linkage with Visitor Talkback System

This paper introduces the functions and advantages of elevator access control system in residential buildings. Considering intelligent elevator access system, its principle, operation mode and its linkage with visitor talkback system are discussed. We analyses the acquisition method of unlock signal from tenements in visitor telephone system applied in intelligent elevator access system. The different linkage methods in different environments are compared based on construction experience and engineering examples. The solution for management of elevator group control, access control and talkback linkage are proposed in this paper.
