公众参与老旧社区微更新的实现途径探索——以上海杨浦创智片区政立路 580 弄社区为例

以人为本的和谐社会使设计的民主化应运而生，公众参与社区微更新作为一种创新治理方式，借由公民的充分参与来处理空间与社会的议题。以四叶草堂在上海市杨浦创智片区政立路580弄社区的实践为案例，通过实地调研、文献研究、深度访谈等研究方法，从政策制度、平台构建、自组织培育角度来分析公众参与社区微更新的实现途径，并论述参与进程各阶段的主体内容、参与方式与获得成效。进而总结老旧社区微更新的公众参与模式，厘清如何通过公众参与实现老旧小区的绿色自治，并促进整个创智片区的睦邻建设。为推动中国公众参与社区治理提供参考。

Approaches to Public Participation in Micro-renewal of Old Communities: A Case Study of Lane 580 Community, Zhengli Road, Yangpu Chuangzhi District in Shanghai

A people-oriented harmonious society has brought about the democratization of design. Public participation in community micro-renewal is an innovative community governance method, featuring full participation of citizens to address spatial and social issues. Citing the practice of Clover Nature School, Lane 580 Community, Zhengli Road, Chuangzhi Sub-District in Shanghai, this research, through field survey, literature research and interviews, analyzes the approaches of public participation in community micro-renewal from the perspective of policy system, participation channels, and self-governance. It discusses participants, methods and achievements at all stages. Then it analyzes the public participation model, clarifies how to achieve green autonomy in old communities with public participation, and promotes the establishment of good-neighborliness in the entire Chuangzhi Sub-District, to provide reference for promoting public participation in community governance in China.
