新西兰《资源管理法》框架下风景园林师的实践领域

风景资源是全人类的宝贵财富,对其进行保护和管理是人类义不容辞的责任。通过解读新西兰的《资源管理法》,介绍了新西兰是如何利用法律工具,成功地控制了对风景资源的破坏性开发利用,以及在其法律约束下,新西兰风景园林师涉足的风景园林评价、项目评估、规划和设计、管理和保护等方面的五大实践领域。最后,结合中国实际,提出了健全完善我国的风景资源法律、设立风景资源仲裁机构、加强外部监督,完善公众听证制度、扩展风景园林师的实践领域等建议。
