Synergism and Countermeasures of Landscape Architecture Discipline Based on Urban Renewal

The complex urban development problems in the process of urban renewal cannot be solved merely through the application of a single discipline system and technical methods. Landscape architecture plays an irreplaceable role in the practice of urban renewal. By reviewing the role of the landscape architecture discipline in the urban renewal practice, this research illustrates the fit of professional practice at the methodological level. Incorporating the reality of China''s urban development and guided by the problems in the new stage of urban renewal, it discusses the synergy of the landscape architecture discipline in the urban renewal process, and further reflects on the core content and development direction of the landscape technology support system in the face of urban renewal practice.
