吹吸式通风送排风罩面积倒挂时排风罩面积对极限流量比的影响

摘    要:在吹吸式通风实验室搭建了实验平台,排风罩面积小于送风罩。在保证其他条件不变的情况下,改变排风罩面积,通过示踪气体法确定将给定送风完全排走的最小排风量,反推极限流量比。实验结果显示,在上述实验条件下,排风罩面积的改变会对极限流量比产生影响,且送排风罩面积倒挂差距越大,极限流量比越大。

Abstract:Develops an experimental platform in the push-pull ventilation laboratory, whose exhaust hood area is smaller than supply hood area. Under the condition of the same parameters, determines the minimum exhaust air rate that completely discharges the given supply air rate by the tracer gas method, and deduces the limit flow ratio. The experimental results show that under the above experimental conditions, the change of exhaust hood area will affect the limit flow ratio, and the larger the gap between the areas of the exhaust hood and the air supply hood, the higher the limit flow ratio.
