双水套供暖炉水流动数值模拟和实验研究

摘    要:水流动分布是影响双水套供暖炉性能的重要因素。利用数值模拟方法计算了双水套中水的流场分布,确定了关键的设计参数。通过实验,测量了大小水套中的流量比,实验结果与数值吻较好。利用这一方法设计的供暖炉达到了设计要求。

Abstract:Distribution of water flow is an important factor that affects the double water jacket boiler. Calculates the distribution of inside water flows with numerical simulation, determines the key design parameters. Measures the specific flux of the two water jackets, and obtains the results agreeing well with those of the numerical simulation. The boiler designed with the numerical calculation seems well to meet the requirements.
