| 摘 要： | 介绍了国外的建筑能耗模拟软件和建筑节能规范一致性评估软件，指出建立符合我国国情的建筑节能计算机评估体系的必要性，构建了针对我国现状的建筑节能计算机评估体系的框架以及以此为基础的建筑节能设计和改造流程。
