| 摘 要： | 秦岭造山带泥盆系金矿大多出现在铅锌矿床的外围，层位上产于铅锌矿床的上部，２ 类矿床均经历了同生沉积成矿作用、后生改造成矿作用阶段，统属一个成矿系列，它们可以互为找矿标志。这必将有利于推动区域矿产资源的综合找矿、勘探和开发。

| Abstract: | In Qinling orogeny, the gold deposits hosted in Devonian occur mostly around the Pb-Zn deposits, and are located over the Pb-Zn deposits in ore-hosting horizon. Both two types of ore deposits witnessed the sedimentation and reformation process. They are attributed to the same metallogenic series. One can provide criteria for prospecting for the other one. So, study on the relation between gold deposits and Pb-Zn deposits can boost the regional prospecting and development of mineral resources. |
