| Abstract: | This paper introduces the construction and adaptive renovation of senior housing in Germany,
concerning its development and incentives, specific building measurements and products in shared spaces
and apartment interior spaces in reference to the newly released DIN 18040-2, as a reference for the on-going
practices of adaptive renovation of residential neighborhoods and senior housing in China. |
