| 摘 要： | 根据螺旋翼碎土刀盘的工作特点,分析、建立了与刀盘结构参数相关的刀盘转矩、功耗及生产率数学模型,对刀盘的主要结构参数,即阿基米德螺线转角、阿基米德螺旋面转角和刀盘顶角对刀盘转矩及生产率的影响进行计算机仿真分析;以计算机仿真分析结果为基础,以最小功耗和最大生产率为目标函数,对螺旋翼刀盘的阿基米德螺线转角、阿基米德螺旋面转角和刀盘顶角等3项主要结构技术参数进行了优化分析.数值仿真及优化结果可用于螺旋翼刀盘的设计及应用.
