| 摘 要： | 通过对工程机械的租赁市场现状的分析,指出建立基于"特护式"服务模式的工程机械租赁平台的必要性.提出了租赁平台的构建方法,确立了平台的网络结构,详细阐述了平台各功能的实现方法.该平台可解决工程机械租赁行业维护保养难、故障率高、租金回收难等问题,有利于促进整个工程机械租赁市场的完善,从而促进工程机械行业的发展.

| Abstract: | Through analysis on present situation of renting market of construction machinery,importance to set up a renting platform with special service mode is pointed out.
