摘    要:回转支承安装座是履带式液压挖掘机工作时的重要受力部件,其强度直接影响液压挖掘机的性能和使用寿命.针对市场出现的安装座开裂情况,以焊接式和锻件式两种安装座为研究对象,应用有限元分析方法,对典型工况下的安装座强度进行对比分析.结果表明,锻件式安装座具有更好的承载和抗疲劳损坏能力.基于分析结果及市场应用现状给出焊接式和锻件式两种安装座的优化方案.

Abstract:in a track type hydraulic excavator is an important component under load that its strength would affect directly performance and working life of the hydraulic excavator. In view of cracks happened to the mounting in the market, we laid as study objects the welded mounting versus the forged mounting, ~ and utilized finite element analysis to have carried out comparison and analysis with of strength of the mountings under typical working conditions. The results show that the forged mounting has got better load bearing capability and resistance to fatigue damage. Two alternatives of optimization are available for both welding type and forging type mountings, respectively, on the basis of test and analysis results, as well as on usage situation in the market.
