摘    要:叉车是刚性悬挂车辆,车架作为整车的骨架,其动态特性直接关系到整车的振动性能.为改进和有效提高叉车的安全可靠性、驾驶平顺性和舒适性,应用ANSYS有限元方法对某型3t叉车车架进行模态分析,根据所得模态参数,结合叉车行驶路况和发动机激励频率的计算结果,对车架结构动态特性进行分析评价,在保持原始几何形状不变的前提下,提出最简约的车架模态修改方式,以避免车架对振动激励的放大响应或共振现象发生.

Finite Element Modal Analysis of the Frame for Forklifts and its Structural Improvement
Abstract:For forklift is a kind of vehicle with rigid suspension, the dynamic characteristics of the frame which is the skeleton of the whole equipment has direct effect on the vibration performance of the forklift. In order to improve the safety, reliability, driving smoothness and comfort, the finite element method ANSYS has been applied to carry out the modal analysis for the fame of a 3 t forklift. According to the modal parameters, the dynamic characteristics of the frame structure have been analyzed and evaluated based on the traveling condition of the forklift and the calculation result of the exciting frequency for the engine. On the condition of maintaining the original geometry shape, the most concise modifying pattern has been put forward so as to prevent magnifying response or resonance of the frame to the vibration stimulation.
