干法工艺合成有机膨润土试验研究

摘    要:试验以钙基膨润土为原料,经过钠化改性后,进行有机插层覆盖,通过不同改性剂、用量、时间、pH值、温度等因素的优化试验,确定了干法制备有机膨润土的工艺参数,获得层间距达2.747nm的有机土,其产品质量超过行业标准,工艺过程简单,不需脱水和洗涤,生产效率高、成本低.

Experimental Research on Organophilic Bentonite Preparation by Dry Process

Abstract:The test using Ca-bentonite as raw material,after sodium modified to bentonite ore,then complete organic intercalation coverage.By optimizing the experimental factors of different modifying agent,dosage,time,pH value,temperature,process parameters of dry preparation of organic bentonite was determined.Access to the organic soil layer spacing of 2.747nm,the quality of their products more than the industry standard,the process is simple,without dewatering and washing,has the advantages of high production efficiency,low cost.
