The paper applied project management to construction cost control on this basis,Dividing process of the construction into four steps.Every step carries on cost control.Then taking constructs process cost as the foal,has established the construction process achievements appraisal model.Continuous improvement construction process,and eventually optimize the construction process and reduce the cost of construction,and testifies to the utility and effectiveness of the method.
