摘    要:随着高职院校办学规模的不断扩大和生源的多元化,生源的多元化直接导致了学情的复杂。各类型生源的学情有一定的共同点,也有明显的差异性,通过调查和座谈分析各类型生源的学情现状,找出差异,为人才培养方案的制定、教学管理、教师教学提供依据,有效的提高教学质量。

Abstract:With the expansion of the scale of Higher Vocational Colleges and the diversity of students,the diversity of students directly led to the complexity of learning.Various types of students learning some similarities,there are obvious differences,through the investigation and Analysis on student status,various types of students to find out the differences,to provide the basis for personnel training,teaching management,teachers make teaching plan,effectively improve the quality of teaching.
