高职院校多类型生源学情差异

随着高职院校办学规模的不断扩大和生源的多元化,生源的多元化直接导致了学情的复杂。各类型生源的学情有一定的共同点,也有明显的差异性,通过调查和座谈分析各类型生源的学情现状,找出差异,为人才培养方案的制定、教学管理、教师教学提供依据,有效的提高教学质量。
