民用建筑用材指标的现状研究

通过对建材生产能耗、建材使用量、评价标准及其统计方式的调查,了解民用建筑用材相关政策和标准、限额与建材产品使用情况。结果表明:民用建筑所用建材的生产能耗、建材使用量数据零散,评价标准和统计方式多样化,虽然对一些大宗建材产品建立了基本相应的能耗限额标准,但民用建筑用材量指标尚无统计数据。

Study on current situation of material index for civil building

This paper investigates policies and standards associated with building materials,as survey on production of building materials,energy consumption,building materials usage,evaluation standards and statistical methods is carried out.Findings of this research represent that the data on energy consumption during production process and usage of building materials are scattered.Besides,diversity of evaluation criteria and statistical methods exists.Despite of the development of energy consumption limit standards for a few building materials,there is a lack of statistics on requirements of construction materials usage.
