在当今社会,有许多历史遗留的老建筑给人类的城市带来了浓郁的文化氛围,随着现代化工业文明的不断发展,人类如何去保护认识和发展这些建筑遗产,在尊重历史的同时又能体现时代性,做到时代与历史的结合具有相当的难度,是摆在我们面前的一个巨大挑战,建筑师在重新审视和改造这些建筑的同时,更应该考虑到人、自然与环境的相互协调,注重以生态学理论为基础,探索古建筑不断可持续发展的道路。
