海绵城市理念下的城市防洪排涝规划建设研究

本文在当前海绵城市建设背景下,通过分析安图县概况和现状排水防涝问题的基础上,将传统的防洪排涝模式和海绵城市建设做相应的耦合设计,探索一种新型的防洪排涝模式和体系,提出了海绵城市理念下的城市防洪排涝需求,思路和建设方案,为城市防洪排涝规划建设提供新思路。
