普硅水泥在彩色混凝土中应用及颜料最优掺量研究

针对普通水泥混凝土外观色彩单调、灰暗,无法满足市场对混凝土装饰应用需求的缺点,研发性能优良的彩色混凝土。使用普硅水泥进行混凝土配制,观察确定混凝土着色,解决兰州白水泥短缺而无法配制高效彩色混凝土的问题,对彩色混凝土配合比进行优化,通过4种氧化铁掺量设计出着色好、抗压强度高及耐久性优良的彩色混凝土,确定了合理的颜料掺量范围。

Aiming at the disadvantages of monotonous and gray appearance of ordinary cement concrete, which can not meet the market demand for concrete decoration, color concrete with excellent performance is developed. Use ordinary silica cement for concrete preparation, observe and determine the concrete coloring. In view of the problem of white cement shortage in Lanzhou, the mix proportion of color concrete is optimized, and the color concrete with good coloring, high compressive strength and excellent durability is designed through four kinds of iron oxide content, and the reasonable pigment content range is determined.
