水泥标准修订后对混凝土质量的影响

摘    要:影响结构混凝土耐久性最重要的因素是抗裂性,而影响混凝土抗裂性最主要的因素是水泥。目前我国水泥的趋势是增加C3S、C3A,细度趋向于细,强度尤其是早期强度不断提高,由此带来的后患是混凝土结构提早劣化。建议应尽量避免使用早期水泥,在混凝土中减少水泥用量,代之以抗裂性较好的矿物掺合料。

Abstract:Crack-resistance is a considerably important factor impacting durability of concrete,while characteristic of cement is a substantial factor affecting crack-resistance of concrete.Characteristic of cement at present in the world trend towards faster hydrating due to high C3S,high C3A,high fineness and high alkli content.So is in China.Cosequence of that is deterioration of concrete ahead of schedule.It is proposed that to avoid using high early-strength cement as possible,to reduce cement content in concrete,and to substitute cement partially with some mineral admixture which could make concrete to be more less crack-prone.
