摘    要:大跨度钢结构的拼装质量较难控制,拼装精度易受影响。施工中通过拼装场地处理、拼装胎架设计、拼装工序选择、使用新型工具链式钢管对接器,成功解决了大直径弧形管桁架的地面拼装精度控制问题,为后续施工的顺利开展奠定了基础。

Abstract:Control on assembly quality of wide-span steel structure is difficult and assembly accuracy may be affected.Problems in control on ground assembly accuracy of large-diameter arch tube truss are successfully solved through treatment of assembly site,design of assembly jig,selection of assembly sequence and adoption of new chain steel tube butting device during construction,to pave a solid foundation for smooth development of subsequent construction.
