摘    要:调度通讯楼工程型钢混凝土结构,钢骨体型大、钢筋配置多、节点连接复杂。为确保在钢筋和钢骨密集的区域混凝土振捣密实、不出现蜂窝、孔洞,主楼竖向构件采用C60自密实混凝土施工。通过采取模拟试验、检验原材料、调整配合比等措施,有效地保证了施工质量。

Abstract:The dispatching and communication building adopts profile steel reinforced concrete strure with large steel frame, dense steel bars and complex nodes. C60 self-compacting concrete is used for vertical members of the main building to ensure that the concrete at positions where steel bars and steel frames are dense is compacted and is free of beehive and perforation. Different measures, such as simulation test, inspection of raw materials and adjustment of mixing proportion, etc, are adopted to effectively ensure the construction quality.
