挤扩支盘灌注桩在大型火电厂中的应用

摘    要:天津北疆发电厂基础采用挤扩支盘灌注桩,与普通钻孔灌注桩相比,支盘灌注桩单桩承载力较高,桩基沉降小,且可节约原材料、缩短工期、降低造价。介绍挤扩支盘灌注桩的施工工艺,对施工过程中发生的塌孔、缩径、导管漏水及导管脱落等现象,分析了形成原因并提出预防和处理措施。

Abstract:Cast-in-situ pile with expanded branches and plates is used in the foundation of Tianjin Beijiang Power Plant. Compared with ordinary bored pile, cast-in-situ pile with expanded branches and plates has higher single pile beating capacity and smaller pile foundation settlement, it can also save raw materials, shorten construction period and reduce construction cost. Construction process of cast-in-situ pile with expanded branches and plates is introduced, causes of hole collapse, hole shrinkage, pipe leakage and shedding, etc. are analyzed, and prevention and treatment measures are put forward.
