石子岩性不良造成混凝土事故的分析与防治

摘    要:混凝土中的石子岩性不良造成的工程事故屡见不鲜。常见的有石子物理力学性能差、石子化学性能不良、石子中混入燃烧过的石块及活性骨料引起的碱—骨料反应等。建议选择可靠的石子供货商;在碎石加工前认真剔除黄铁矿石;优先选择无石灰窑的采石场进货;加强现场管理,防止碎石中混入生石灰块。

Abstract:It occurs very often that poor aggregate brings about concrete failure.Main causes of it are poor physical/chemical property and alkali aggregate reaction as there unexpectedly mixed with baked stone or re-active aggregate into the concrete batch.It is preferable to select reliable aggregate supplier,carefully pick away pyrite before processing gravel.Stone pit without lime kiln may be first choice for placing order.In addi-tion,effective site management,prevent lime piece from mixing into aggregate.
