| 摘 要： | 木材是我国农村住宅建设中一种传统的建筑材料，但近30年，随着砖砌体、混凝土商品化程度提高，新建农村住宅的结构形式越来越单一化，大多采用砖混结构形式。随着我国林业资源的发展，木材可再生、易施工性能不断被认识，木结构在农村住宅中的应用将不断增多。

| Abstract: | The timber is a traditional architecture material in the construction of rural house. The structural style of new rural house, which adopts mostly brick-and-concrete composite construction became more and more uniformity with the commercialization of concrete and brick masonry in the past 30 years. Along the de- velopment of our forestry resource, the reproducible performance and easy workability of timber was constantly realized and the application of wood structure is on the increase in the construction of rural house. There will be a bright prospect for the new superior performance wood frame housing in the construction of rural house. |
