大跨度异型铸钢节点厚壁方管弦杆网架结构施工技术

摘    要:某工程大厅采光天窗为钢网架结构,钢网架结构的投影面积为1312.2m 2,矢高为4.05m,最大异型铸钢节点0.8m×0.8m,网架结构的上下弦杆及腹杆采用焊接厚壁方钢管,节点采用异型铸钢节点。施工中通过对构件制作、基座就位、高空拼装、现场焊接等工序的精心组织、合理安排,取得了良好的社会经济效益。

Abstract:The hall light window of a project is steel grid structure with projection area of 1312.2 m2 and arrow height 4.05 m.Both upper and lower chords as well as web members are welded thick-wall square-sectioned pipes while the nodes are of special-shaped cast steel,of which the maximum one is 0.8m by 0.8m.By elaborate organization and rational arrangement of the construction sequence of component fabrication,pedestal installation,high assembly and site weld,good social-economical benefit was achieved.
