金属岩棉夹芯围护冷库板保温和防潮施工技术

为克服传统施工方法中保温层、防潮层分开施工存在的弊端,通过总结无锡万达茂娱雪乐园项目成功经验,提出了一套金属岩棉夹芯围护冷库板保温和防潮施工技术。通过保温材料升级、螺栓连接节点优化、保温板拼缝密封措施改进三方面工作,解决了围护冷库板保温和防潮施工中极易出现的固体冷桥、气密性漏冷、保温层薄弱、保温板接缝漏冷等问题,节约了成本,提高了施工效率。该项技术可在今后类似的冷库施工工程中推广应用。

Heat Preservation and Moisture-proof Construction Technology of Metal Rock Wool Sandwich Enclosure Cold Storage Board

To overcome the disadvantages of separate construction of thermal insulation layer and moisture-proof layer in traditional construction method,a set of construction technology of thermal insulation and moisture-proof of metal rock wool sandwich enclosure cold storage board is put forward by summarizing the successful experience of Wuxi Wanda Mall Snow Amusement Park project.Through the upgrading of thermal insulation materials,the optimization of bolt connection nodes and the improvement of joint sealing measures of thermal insulation board,the problems of solid cold bridge,airtightness leakage,weak thermal insulation layer and joint leakage of thermal insulation board,which are easy to occur in the construction of thermal insulation and moisture-proof of cold storage board are solved,thus saving the cost and improving the construction efficiency.The technology can be popularized and applied to similar cold storage construction projects in the future.
