浅谈工民建施工过程中的造价控制

工民建施工过程中的造价控制可以有效减少施工费用，实现对设计和施工单位的资源的优化，提高资源利用率。本文以新疆为例，对我国工民建施工过程中的造价控制中存在的问题进行了分析，提出了提高造价管理的有效对策。

Discussion on the Cost Control of Civil Engineering in the Construction Process

Cost control in the process of construction of the civil engineering can effectively reduce the construction cost to realize the optimization of design and implementation of the resource of the construction enterprises and to improve the resource utilization ratio. This paper took Xinjiang as an example, analyzing the problems of cost control in the process of our civil engineering construction and puting forward the effective methods to improve the cost management.
