高校小型维修工程存在的问题及对策

本文针对高校小型立项维修工程的特点及存在的主要问题，从管理制度建设、质量、进度、成本控制和人员配备等方面作了简要分析，提出了工程施工的管理措施，提高了学校维修资金的利用率。

The Existing Problems and Countermeasures of Small Maintenance Engineering in the College and University
