| 摘 要： | 针对高等级公路运行速度与设计车速非合理匹配中存在的问题,提出期望车速的概念,讨论了设计车速、运行速度、期望车速之间的相互关系及运行速度与设计车速匹配的现状,分析运行速度与设计车速非合理匹配产生的原因,并提出了使高等级公路上运行速度与道路设计车速合理匹配的相关措施。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the existing problems in the unreasonable matching between running speed and design speed in the high grade highway, the author provides concept of expectation speed, relationship between design speed, running speed and expectation speed, and the current situation of running speed and design speed matching, analyzes the causes of the unreasonable matching between running speed and design speed, and provides corresponding measures of reasonable matching running speed and highway design speed on the high grade highway. |
