| Abstract: | By combining with the characteristics of non-profit construction programs invested by the government,the paper illustrates to build the effective evaluation norm system and the evaluation method for non-profit construction programs from the economic benefits,regional economic effects and the social effects,so as to make the economic evaluation and analysis method be more scientific of the program. |
