| 摘 要： | 从工程项目的投资决策阶段、设计阶段、实施阶段和竣工结算阶段4个方面分别阐述了工程项目造价控制的重要性,并提出了相应的控制方法,以把工程造价控制在经济合理的限额之内,从而提高建设项目的投资效益和社会效益.

| Abstract: | From four aspects investment decision stage,design stage,implementation stage and finish accounu stage the importance of cost control are discussed respectively,at the same time corresponding control measures are proposed in order to control engineering cost in economic and reasonable cost limitation to increase investment and social benefits of building projects. |
