| Abstract: | The paper introduces the supply and demand situation of Luohui irrigation district for past years,analyzes the balance of supply and demand combined with the supply and demand situation of the irrigation district,studies the balance of supply and demand in 2015,puts forward the suggestion,to alleviate the contradiction between the demand and the supply of the water resources,to ensure the sustainable development of the social economy in the irrigation district. |
