| Abstract: | In the paper the problems of using electricity in civil construction building are proposed and the reasons and the preventive measures are discussed in detail. The using electricity of modern civil construction building are introduced and the concrete measures countermeasures are proposed to attain the safety in working and to reduce the loose of state property and the life and property of the people. |
