| 摘 要： | 对由于地基不均匀下沉（或上胀）、温度变化、承载能力不足、材料质量或砌筑质量差等原因造成裂缝的常见形态特征进行了介绍，通过对裂缝表现特征的成因分析，从而做出鉴别，为制定具体而合理的裂缝处理措施提供了理论依据。
