| Abstract: | Combined with working practice,the measures of engineering supervisor in investment cost control of engineering project are analyzed.Key points for cost control of engineering supervisor in design stage,bid invitation and submission stage,construction phase and completion stage are respectively elaborated,in order to realize effective control of engineering cost to ensure investment benefits. |
