| Abstract: | This paper introduces the highway environment impacts' concept,purpose,contents of evaluation and methods of evaluation.Combined with the development trend of china highway in the past 20 years almost,the paper explain the positive role of the environment impact assessment of the highway construction to the highway construction and environment protection,and raise the importance and the methods of building and perfecting the highway project construction evaluation system. |
