| 摘 要： | 针对建筑市场上项目管理存在的问题,为项目的综合评价和利益分配建立一个统一全面且相对合理的标准尺度,研究制定了《工程项目评价体系》,通过体系在工程项目中的运用,发挥积极作用,从而创造了良好的企业效益和社会效益。
