| 摘 要： | 结合我国房地产金融发展现状,介绍了房地产投资基金及其发展的现实意义,并对房地产投资基金的来源与投资方向进行了分析,阐述了房地产投资基金面临的风险和房地产基金业务的局限性,指出房地产基金产品必将成为我国房地产融资工具的一项重要补充。

| Abstract: | Combined with financial development situations of real estate industry in our country real estate capital fund and significance it acted are introduced.Based upon analysis of financing sources and investment direction of real estate risks it confronts and limitation of real estate fund business is proposed.Author points out real estate fund are one important supplement as financing source. |
