| Abstract: | The paper introduces that PDCA skill is a managing mode on the whole constructional process, through analyzes features and diffi-cult point of project construction as well as requirements of market to managing skill, the paper discusses about methods of using PDCA skill in project management of irrgation works, and proves feasibility of the skill. |
